Our client, a trusted global supplier and service partner for companies operating in critically clean and controlled environments, has been supporting major multinational manufacturers in industries such as microelectronics, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and medical devices since 1996. They are currently seeking a Support Administrator to join their team on-site at a key customer location in Hillsboro, OR.

Position Overview:

This position is central to supporting a complex replenishment and equipment maintenance program for a high-profile client. The Support Administrator will serve as the primary coordination point for service-related tasks, providing administrative assistance, managing data, and ensuring effective communication between all parties involved. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a dynamic, fast-paced workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee project tasks as delegated by the Program Manager
  • Serve as the main contact for all program-related inquiries
  • Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and in person
  • Organize scheduling for installation, maintenance, and restocking services
  • Maintain up-to-date records on equipment locations, stock levels, and service timelines
  • Monitor and report on machine activity, inventory usage, and trends using Microsoft Excel and related tools
  • Work directly with clients to troubleshoot issues and answer product or program-related questions
  • Enter and manage data in specialized inventory management systems
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure task execution and information flow
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports to customer stakeholders
  • Perform other support duties as required to meet program goals

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Dependable, adaptable, and enthusiastic with a strong sense of accountability
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Technologically adept; experience with tools such as SAP, Microsoft Projects, and similar systems is preferred
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a personable, professional demeanor
  • Comfortable working on-site and standing for extended periods in a high-paced environment
  • Willing to assist with additional duties and responsibilities as needed
